Reviews, collected one Putnam County job at a time
Every review on this page was left on Google by a customer after a visit. We can't edit them, and we wouldn't want to. Here is how they get here, why the block shows the whole company, and what we ask Palatka customers to mention.

How the reviews get collected
After a job closes, whether it was a capacitor swap in East Palatka or a full Lennox replacement on a lake house in Interlachen, the customer gets a text with a link to our Google listing. That is the entire process: no incentive, no script, no screening step. Jerry and Sean read every one, and the technician named in a review hears about it the same day. Putnam County is a thin market where word of mouth travels along US 17 faster than any advertising, and a company working here from 35 miles away has to earn the next call with the last one.
Why the block shows the whole company
The reviews shown are the company’s Google reviews, because that is the only place Google lets them live. We ask reviewers to name their town, and a Palatka section will appear here once there are enough Putnam County reviews to fill one.
The details a useful Putnam County review includes
No review is quoted or summarized here. These are the things we ask customers on this side of the river to write about, because they are what the next reader needs to know.
The drive, and whether it mattered. Customers here know we come from the coast and often expect to wait. Whether the window dispatch gave you held is worth a sentence.
Old equipment, honest advice. Palatka’s housing is old and so are many of its systems. Did the technician explain the repair-versus-replace math on a tired unit and let you decide, or lead with a sales pitch?
Manufactured homes treated seriously. Owners of package units in East Palatka and the lake communities notice when a technician knows belly ducts and crossover connections without being told.
Leaving one yourself
Search our business name on Google and use the review button, or wait for the text after your visit. Mention the town so the next Palatka homeowner reading it knows the review came from their side of the river.
How these reviews were gathered
Do you pick which reviews appear on this page?
No. The block below pulls from our Google listing, which Google controls. A three-star review shows up the same way a five-star one does, and we answer the hard ones publicly rather than hoping they disappear.
Can I leave a review if the visit turned out to be something small, like a tripped float switch?
Please do. Small, honest repairs are the ones future customers in Newtown or Interlachen most want to read about, because they show what happens when the fix is cheap and the technician says so.
Why does the review block show the whole company instead of only Palatka jobs?
Google ties reviews to the business listing, which is our Palm Coast headquarters, not to the town where the work happened. We ask every Putnam County customer for one, and when enough have come in we will add a section on this page that highlights them.
Putnam readers see every Google review the company has; one that names Palatka Heights, Satsuma or Interlachen helps the county. Read the reviews.
